What are DT's

Can someone tell me what DT’s are? Can I amke it from home? What brands do you recommend?

Sorry having a brain fart:eek: and can’t figure out what it is .

DT is a company that makes phytoplankton.

When people say DT's, they are talking about this product.

DT's is a live phytoplankton culture of the green algae (technically a member of the Eustigmatophyceae) Nannochloropsis oculata (http://www.artemia-international.com/images/nannochloropsis.gif). Although it is possible to grow the stuff at home (check out this article (http://www.garf.org/news13p2.html) detailing how it is done), it is not generally worth the time and effort that it takes, and most people who have easy access to DT's phytoplankton (http://www.dtplankton.com/) prefer to buy it (myself included, and I have plenty of experience growing phytoplankton)...
