thawed frozen food

ok so my cat opened my freezer and my fishfood pe mysis to be exact has partially thawed is it still ok to use if i refreeze??

I would think its ok if its still cool/cold

I have forgotten mine out a couple times and just refroze it and it didnt seem to effect anything.
