Weird creature..good or bad?

Wish I had a pic but my camera isn't the greatest..anyhow

I have something growing on my LR and it looks like a transperant piece of grass? It grows about at least a mm daily and more seem to be popping up.

any idea what it could be?

but dez had it in his sump, is it slightly brown?
he seamed to think it was okay...
