I'm not sure what is wrong with it. I've had it about a month, but he was always hiding in the rockwork so I didn't notice this. I've since changed up the rockwork to something more open, so he's not always hiding, but I would like to get him well again. Any ideas? Sorry about the pic quality, my camera is at work and had to use the cell.

It didn't look like ich to me, but I might be wrong. Trip was good, I was going to call you today and see if u wanted to go to the city, stopped in and saw Ken, ordered up a Blond Naso Large.

I hope you cancell the order for two reasons.

You have a serious problem in your tank. It could have started with ich but it looks for serious now possibly bacterial. You cannot use copper on open wounds.
You should consider an immediate fresh water bath, qt for the tang and treat with neomycin a heavy garlic extract feeding. If the fish will not eat you will have to risk the copper or formalin parasite treatement.

The second reason to cancel the order is that it is almost guaranteed that the large naso you order will not eat. Large nasos are notorious for simply refusing to eat and eventually starving to death.
