Hello,

Curious, what are some of the most powerful pumps you have seen. I'm looking at some Pondmaster pumps here.... most powerful one is:

Model ZM87
GPH@10' 8700
Shut-Off 70'
Weight 51.4 lbs

Wow.

HI

I've used many pumps from pool pumps to industrial pumps, but I always go back to Iwaki. There not the strogest pumps but they keep going and going and going and going.

Cheers ;)

well I work on a couple of 3000 gal/minuit pumps at work :D :D . I don't think the average reefer has room under the tanks for the diesels that run them though ;) hmm maby in the basement?

Hi,

I've worked with some 20000 to 30000 gpm at my old workplace too....actually, there were a couple of them. They were used to feed pulp in to the paper machines in a paper mill. The impeller housing about the same size as two fridges. Say...I don't think we need 30000 gpm with 100 ft of head do we ?

Stircrazy...we could haul some 600V 150 hp motors to drive your pumps.

hehe , the diesels that drive these pumps are about 300hp and 1200 ft-lb of torque, I have been trying to figure out how to get one for my Lawnmower :D :D
