Thought I would start a thread for those of us that have sore backs etc.
It sounds odd but give it a try. All you need is one of those hotel bars of soap (the thin ones) place it under your bottom sheet where ever you have pain and
not just back pain. Go to sleep and hopefully after a few nights you may notice a difference. It is a lot cheaper than then other things we could try and if it works then tell someone you know to try it too! :wink:
