So on some live rock I got I had these two come along. I figure they're some sort of sea cucumber. Im just wondering since Im just starting out as to if I should get rid of these since I've read that they can cause big problems when they die.

I think you are right, some sort of cuc.

I don't have much experience with them, but maybe some others can be more descriptive to the type. Some cuc's can be dangerous and nuke your tank if they die, so caution should be taken.

look just like the 1 i have, it was my very first hitch hiker, mine sits in a crevice in the rock and filter feeds, named him pickle, but have never had any sort of a problem, it pretty well just stays out of sight for the most part, lucky find! if you decide you don't want cucumbers in your tank let me know, i'd give them a good home

I haven't decided what I'm going to do with them. Had a number of people recommend I get rid of them. If I do decide to get rid of them then I will let you know.

try and get a better pic.
Maybe someone here can offer a more definitive id and you can eliminate the guesswork.
