Looks like someone's running 20k's somewhere in the village =)

I'm surprised there's been no crackdown on all these shots of other peoples lights. What about the RULES?

Nothing to do with me. Joan spends hours every year setting it up and taking it back down. No way I have the patience.

Ah christmas. When us students say "oh god we have no money, we can't buy a tree". Then an enterprising, out-of-the-box thinker says..."but we have all these beer cans!" "surely we can use these!". Some of them are even green and red! Thanks Alexander Keith!

Seriously, my roomates and I actually built this behemoth and decorated it for 3 years running. Then I moved in with my now wife. Strangely she did not seem enthused about the beeramid turned tree. I mean, this thing took hours with a hot glue gun. It had rebar in the middle to make it not break! Well, in reality it smelled like old beer. An was probably a health code violation. But by god was it glorious.

The angel is carved out of none other than two Axe Head Lager tall boys. I think this in itself is impressive, not because of the impressive(ish) craftsmanship, but that my brother and myself had to finish two of those to make the angel. That stuff tastes like bananas. Ugh. Anyways, merry christmas to all the other reefer crazies!

That's nice! It brings back memories when I lived with a couple of room mates and I decorated my tree with Pilsner cans. The green and red on the cans had a real Christmas appeal although my parents were not too impressed when they stopped by for a visit.

Some of the pics on this site are good. I think a few of the kids will never be the same again & some of the Santas are rather freaky!
