Great little light, sps and clams no problem in an aquapod 12.
Great heat distribution too.

How about a 4 bulb 24" T5HO? Less heat then a MH and plenty of light for a 10 gallon. it only hangs over the ends of the tank a little bit. That's what I had for a while and it worked really well.
