T5's???

looks like your running somewhere around a 22,000k bulb (actinic plus, reef blue...)

depending what you want, true actinic's will make your colors pop way more. But they are usless bulbs depending on what your running

I am running 6, 24W, t5s.
I believe i have a 22,000k bulb and a normal actinic. The other 4 are 10,000k sun bulbs.

Its really just personal preferance

I changed out my 14,000k's for 17,500k bulbs (aqua science duo) and they aren't that blue but the colors i am getting are alot better than what i was getting with a lower kelvin bulb.

what are you planning on doing what the tank?

I have a single UVL super actinic in my 4 x 24 system. It's supposed to give off the actinic spectrum as well as some decent par (about 260, I think). It's flanked by a pair of 22K Aquascience and a KZ Fiji Purple.
