So I'm trying SPSs. Right now I have the 4x39w t5ho current usa fixture over my 28g 15 inches deep. I got the cheap stock bulbs 2x10k 2xactinics. Any idea if I'll be able to keep (lighting wise) these sps or do I need to up my lighting;

neon green birdnest
blue polyp birdnest
acro convexa
purple acro

Thanks

I'd recommend you keep all those corals fairly high in the tank (top 1/3) to keep them coloured up with that lighting. They should do fine but that would have been a good question to ask before you placed your order.:wink:

:) actually I asked on reefcentral, but i wanted to double check before I received them. I think I'll invest in an additionnal 2 bulbs fixture and change my bulbs to higher quality(ati`s). I'm more worried about growth with this little light. I'm sure your frags are great, but I think they'll be much better looking as colonies (one day hopefully!)

I have a 4 bulb T5HO fixture (Current Sundial) on my 60 gal with SPS's that are doing great.
If your interested there are alot of pics of the corals on my build thread.
