When I woke up this morning I found that my female clown fish has a bubble on it's eye, it just appeared. Any suggestions?

Try doing a search in the Fish Disease Treatment (http://reefcentral.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?s=&forumid=87) forum at Reef Central. And maybe try the Clownfish and Anemone forum as well, you might get more useful results.

Do a search here and elsewhere for pop-eye, it can be treated.
