I've gotten rid of all my coral and the live rock/sand is for sale.
I also have a bristle starfish free to whoever will come get em.
I have about 30lbs LR and about 2" live sand in a 30 gallon.
The LR was in my tank but has some algae so should be cycled for die-off.
$150 or best offer takes it all. I don't have a scale so bring one to prove the weight if you can't take my word for it.
