FS: Live Rock & Dry Base Rock (Vancouver)

Hi everyone,

I'm shutting down my SW tank as the 2nd kid is due at the end of this month and I just don't think I'll have the time to baby this thing anymore so my loss is your gain. I've got probably 60-70lbs of live rock that's been in my tank since February. I already gave away my fish so right now, the only livestock I have in my tank are some hermits, snails and a pistol shrimp. I've also got a box full of dry base rock that I purchased from Bulk Reef Supply. Probably around 30 or 40 lbs worth.

I'd like to sell as much of the live rock as soon as possible so that I can shut this tank down. Anyhow, I'd like to get $4/lb for the live stuff and $2/lb for the dry base rock. PM me for more info.

Still have about 40lbs or so left of the live rock. Also, dry base rock also available. This is the dry rock that I have.

Pretty nice stuff. Some of the live rock that I'm selling is seeded dry base rock.
