I just glued up all the plumbing on my 165G and want to know when I can start to run water through it all to test for leaks and all that? Ive heard all kinds of times. 30 mins, a couple hours, a full day. So I dont know what to go by.

An hour should be plenty. I've done numerous plumbing jobs and haven't had any issues with an hour cure time. I think that is what Oatey (PVC cement manufacturer) states as a cure time IIRC.

Thanks, I thought it was around then and I did use Oatey. For some reason it doesnt give a cure time on the can though. Only a time to hold the parts firmly together for etc...
