Does anyone use this or can recommend another product? Got a new light fixture with PC-MH and LED's and I want to set up a timer for all 3 separately without having more stuff tucked behind my tank.

I looked into these at one point, all the feedback I got was negative. Coralife makes some good stuff but I don't think there's much quality in the powerbar timers.

I use one, never had a problem with it. But my Aquacontroller Jr is much better.

You can buy a power squid from CDN Tire and a bunch of timers ....that works good too. BTW CDN tire also sell the Coralife timers but they are made by NOMA

Sort of. The timers sold at RONA and Walmart are programmed slightly diferently. The Coralife one has two outlets on day mode and two on night mode so it can automatically turn off your lights at night and turn on the moonlights at the same time. Not sure that feature makes it worth twice the price but it is different  The cheaper ones have four outlets that go on and off.

Found this at Wally World http://walmart.ca/Canada-FeaturedPage.jsp?selection=listingDetails&assetId=48836&imageId=66821&departmentId=20&categoryId=923&tabId=6

Looks like two of them would do the trick programmed different for my 3 different lights. Now i just need a GCFI adaptor, which i can't seem to find (online anyways) from any of the hardware or wally world catalogs. Anyone sourced these before?

I bought this timer at Walmart, can't remember the price but it was definatley not expensive. Can't seem to download a pic, but if you go to www.woods.com/canada-timer-instructions.asp and take a look, it is #49557. Both outlets are programable separately.

Be careful with the coralife ones and the ones that look like coralife but are under a different name. I recently had one of mine begin arcing and smoking. If I had not have been there it would have started a fire for sure.
