So, I'm going to add an angel to my 220. I keep reading that Emperor angels in captivity can loose colour. Has anyone tried feeding them New Life Spectrum, and if so do they look and which formula?

Thanks!

There is a part 2 in the next month issue.

You may come to the conclusion that your tank is a bit small for an Emperor. The articles explain why.
If you do decide to get one do not consider an adult as adults are extremely difficult to get eating in your tank. If the LFS says that the fish is eating, ask him to fed it. If the fish appears disinterested in the food pass on the fish.
You will have more success with a juvenile and you can hopefully train it to eat frozen foods.
Good Luck
