I just wanted to make sure everyone knows about the great customer service I received from Michael. I had a leak in one of my pipes and as luck would have it, the water ended up in my Profilux plus II. I contacted Michael and within a week I had parts in hand and now back up and running! If you are looking at a controller definitely look at the Profilux line-up not only because it's a great product but also because great customer service is hard to come by in this day and age so please support those that still give it.
