40 Gallon Tank + Walmart Stand

I've a 40G AGA and a Walmart stand that was last used for fresh water. She has been in my garage for a year and with no chance of me using this again anytime in the near future I want to get it out of the way.

Tank is a little smaller than true 40 gallon

it is 36 long x 12 Wide x 20 Tall.
