Just wanted a good opener :) I guess you could put this on a coffee table but I prefer them considerably above knee level:

also check out this sealed micro (palmtop) reef that is transportable and does not require topoffs, it is sps based and looks like a miniature 150 gallon with canopy. I worked my rear off for these, just lookin to chat science thats all

Hey Brandon! Great to see you here on Canreef! I remember following the threads for that little half gallon pico when you first started the thread for it in 2005 on RDO. Great to see you're still at it. That vase is just amazing as well. You certainly can work magic with small water volumes

I actually saw these a couple of nights ago, very clever, I am sure I wouldn't have the patience for something that takes so much care, it's like keeping bonsai on speed.

ha! I know it looks like that but if it was speed 24x7 i certainly wouldn't have the patience, I'm rather laid back indeed

Hi Christy I think I remember you too cool site! new people to chat science is fun.

For years I only kept primarily photosynthetic corals so water changes could be stretched to two weeks or a month, making it just like larger tanks. only recently did I get busy with feeding and water changes just to do something new, thanks for stopping by!
