I'm trying to find out what reflectors I am going to use on the 150. I have 3 Coralife HQI 150w electronic ballasts allready. I know, not the best, but came with the package. I have a feeling that 3 150W's may not be enough for the 150. 60"x24"x24" dimensions. So, main question is, will a 150 fit in a 250 shade and vice-versa? Can I get Lumenmax 3 reflectors and upgrade later to 250W ballast/bulbs?

Thx in advance

PS, what's a better reflector? Lumenmax Elite, or LumenMax 3??

No....... they have different holders.

150 watt use RX7s-24

and 250 watt use FC2

Cheers,
Vic

I've got the LMax3's right now, but I am gonna switch to the Elites on the 187 as I think they will provide a bit wider light spread... If you are going with 3 reflectors, the LMax3's are prolly good to go with though.

I'm going to get one reflector to start. I have 2 Coralife HQI pendant's here, put the Reflector in the center, then Pendands on the sides.
