If you can't get a similar set up at J&L's (Their prices are very reasonable even without factoring exchange rate), then you might want to try ebay.
I recently purchased an entire dual 250w MH set up including bulbs for about $350 USD including shipping.
Good luck,
Rob

Actually, come to think of it...
I am presently building a new canopy for my MH's. I'm not sure yet if I will need to supplement my lighting with the PC's that I presently own. If not I will probably sell them.
2x96w PC's, remote ballast, separate on off switches, etc. one bulb 10k one bulb acitinic. It's been a pretty good system for me, I purchased it while living in the states and it's about a year old.
If you don't find anything give me a shout, if I don't need it then maybe we could work out a deal.
Regardless, good luck!

Have you tried MOPS? They're pretty good at getting stuff from the US.

I bought my 2X96W Aqualight from MOPS. They also have the 24" Aqualight at $229.00 I believe. As I have stated I have a 2X32W top available.

I would try to make a deal with Bob for his very nice DIY canopy, the workmanship and lighting is top-notch. Then you'd be ready to go, no muss no fuss, no building from scratch. (Often the project cost tends to escalate before you're done, anyways.)
Just my 2 cents.
