Hi everyone I'm just wondering if somebody in lower mainland who could drill a hole on my tank for drain and return, it's a 72g bow.

Thanks.

Dan at Aquatic Addictions has A glass drill. I do not know what he charges though. You would probably have to bring the tank to the store.

I drilled my biocube myself with my friend diamond thingy..it way cheaper than paying someone else to do it.

I got Dan at Aqquatic Additions to do it for me. He did a great job! I am very happy with it. He's got a proper drill that gives even pressure to help avoid cracking the tank. Just a suggestion.....

Im not sure, but Im pretty sure the bottom glass pane on most 72G+ bowfronts(oceanic/allglass) are tempered...
Not sure if you were thinking drilling the bottom? or back pane?
Cheers!

Yes they are tempered.
You can buy the bowfronts already pre-drilled to your specs from the factory. But of course special order means special price.

You might have to do it on the side of the tank further down.

Just curious but was the bottom tempered? Did he have to do it on the side?

Yes the bottom is tempered, we drilled the hole on the back side of the tank.
