I got this about a month ago.. worked perfectly...but I came home last night and it's not skimming much of anything at all. The pump is going it's noisy, but the first chamber is almost dry, second chamber is bubbly but not enough to fill the tube to the upper container, and the third chamber is flowing normally. I can't figure out what is wrong.. I tried to adjust it for hours last night and still nothing. any ideas?

i'd start with the pump. sounds like it could use a cleaning. how about the air screw in the first chamber, have you run the cleaning brush thru there? i've got the remora pro, i assume it's the same setup.

Your pump shouldn't be dirty yet, but it sounds like it is. Take the pump off and soak it with full strength vinegar to dissolve calcium deposits.

HOW DO i DISMANTLE THAT! LOL I assume that it will just pop off somehow.. but I really don't want to break it!

The pump should just pull off the tubing, make sure to hang onto the tubing when you're pulling so that you're not pulling on the plastic elbow that goes into the skimmer. Then the bottom of the pump twists off the top, and you will find an impeller inside, soak the impeller and the inside of the motor in vinegar.
