Hi I am looking for a protine skimmer for a 33 gallon. Anything that would work.
Thanks

Coralife's have a bad rep. I take it you do not want the Red Sea one? Let me know as I am going to list it if not.

Depending on your intended bioload & DIY skills, you may be able to build your own. A simple air stone, counter current skimmer should do the trick nicely. I've been using one on my 75 gal sumpless system for over two years. I'm happy with the low power usage and how quiet it runs. Maybe a little more tweaking involved, but I don't mind that at all.

An internet search should yield plenty of options to build your own.
