I bought this 50 gallon long tank last week, expecting to turn it into a nice big reef but underestimated my zeal :P
According to the last owner it's brand new, never been filled; it seems to be in perfect shape. Apparently he paid $500 for it a year or two ago and never proceeded with the build. It'd make a nice fresh tank (imagine schools of neons, or families of kribs in it swimming amongst some gorgeous plants) or a nice long reef.

This sale includes:

The tank (48" long x 12" wide x 17" deep) - looks new but it's dusty
2 x 660 Penguin power heads (170 GPH each) - new in boxes
Undergravel filter made from egg crate and hardware cloth - new in tank, plumbed for powerheads
Nice glass top
Book on freshwater aquariums
A large bag of fish flakes
A whole bunch of new plastic plants
A 150 Watt heater - new in box
A thermometer - new in package
A net - new in package
2 x 24" regular output flourescent lights (these look used)

What this does not include:

A stand, rocks, fish or water :)

Give me an offer!!!!! I paid $300 for it... I know I won't get that out of it but I'd like to start a 20 gallon reef... Somebody help me on my way :)

OR hey:

I'd love to trade for a MH, or VHO 24" flourescent, Aquaclear 110, Skimmer, etc :)

If you post an asking price (like you're supposed to according the rules on CanReef) you will attract more potential buyers.
