Pipes are eating mysis, and are friendly as predicted......they have only been here a week.

 It's a little easier to tell when they flare their tail, it looks like a road sign. I can tell because it's the end that comes over when you call them.

Did they take the food fairly soon.

One did, the other took several days. They seemed puzzled by the FW mysis, so I started them with SW mysis, and then slowly began mixing the two.

They were $20 each, and can get 7-8". I hope I have a male and a female.

Looking good Deb,
How the sargassum doing?

I haven't managed to kill it yet. I'm adding iron for the mangroves, do you think that's okay ?

I'm probably not the best person to be asking
I never add anything to my tank other than what the reactor adds and of course the water changes. As long as your not adding the whole bottle at once I'm sure you'll be fine

Well, if it's like most additives, it's probably 99% water anyway.

Ocean Aquariums. Had a relatively good experience with the one guy there, then the next time I went they tried to sell me a shark.

Cool Deb!

I thought I read somewhere that too much Iron could feed an algae bloom.
