Too bad that you had to leave this great hobby.

I would love to take it off your hands but my wife would kill me.

Also I think that you may have a better chance if you pulled out the live rock and sold it seperatly as someone buying a new tank that big would hopfully wait a week or more till they put the rock in.

Good luck with the sale.

I would absolutely buy some of the live rock if it was seperate

maybe even a few other componets if you were to sell individualy

Women , why do we listen to them.

If someone wanted this tank for fresh water id reduce the price and sell everything seperate.

What kind of Eheim canister, and does it have an integrated heater in the canister filter? And what price do you want for the canister?

By the way I'd love to buy the tank but I have to be practical.

For those who are asking. Here are the dimensions of the fish tank .

72 Inch Long

17.5 Inches on the ends, 25 inches in the middle

25 inches height

and the stand is 28 inches height with two big doors.

Storage is you best bet, even if u take more time to sell you'll get a better price, thats an awsome deal. Plus u might hook it back up if no deals and u get the bug again.

It would probably already be sold if I lived in that area. It is too bad it is not drilled. Or is it?

Lucky Trout
06-04-2003, 02:13 PM
no its not drilled but if i drain it i just might drill it and put in a sump.

But i dont want to put any more money into it if i dont have to.

I'm still spending way to much money on my nano tank.

Cheers Ian

Hey everyone, i have had a few people ask about the tank.

So everyone is bumed out that the tank isnt drilled. If it helps out i can have it drilled cheap.

Like i said i work for a pet store i get big discounts on Sumps and stuff.

So let me know. I'm negotiable

alrighty

Thanks Ian

Lucky Trout
06-06-2003, 07:15 AM
Ha, that would judt be easy but no. Work is very slow right now so its not worth it to ask. Plus they make a hell of alot more selling new tanks.

But thanks for your thoughts.

THay all help

How much were you looking for, for the tank?

Chad
06-06-2003, 07:08 PM
WOW!!! What are the chances.

Well at first I took a double take. But some of the items were slightly different, such as the live rock amount. So I wasn't possitive. It could have been some wacky conincidence.. You just never know.

I'm not 100 % sure about sell parts seperate for my tank just yet. Lots of people have been asking but if i sell everything. I need someone to at least buy the tank.

I have the same ad in the buy and sell right now for those who have seen something similar.

Hey guys me again.

I've had tons of requests to part up my system and i just might.

I was asked to sell the tank, stand, and lights seperate to start. Whats sounds like a reason able price to be asking. I was thinking $ 1600.00 and the bulbs are brand new please tell me what you think.

And for anyone else who may want just the tank if you want it i will sell it. I must get rid of this thing soon.

Thanks again Ian

Well i still have my tank so i think ill start to part up everything starting with The live Rock.

I bought it about 2 months ago I cured it for 1 monh and had it in my tank for one month. The Rock has lots of copepods, some coralline Algae and had some micro algae but my Blue face Angel eat it but it should grow back.

I have two boxes with about 70-80 Lbs per box. contains Figi Live rock and some nice piece of lava Rock which i use for Base Rock and is now growing things. So i have two boxes with different size pieces.

I got it for a good deal so i will sell it for a fair price.

I'd like $ 300 a box and can deliver Sunday or Monday Thats $ 3.75 a Lbs

Here are some sample pics. Mind the pictures my flash is crappy.
