Sorry, I can't answer your question about a Canadian online store. But I could offer an alternative. I bought my Optix III from Ocean Encounter. They do ship by US Postal Service which was important for me. With the better Canadian dollar recently, it might be worth a look.

I've been researching a lot of lighting alternatives recently, and it appears that it is far cheaper to order from the US, even with the shipping costs, than to purchase them here. There is also a wider range of lights available.

Can't understand why it's so expensive here.
