TV problems

I have tv making a terrible humming sound like a fan/motor is broken. Does anyone know of a decent repairman who dosen't cost a arm and leg?

What kind of TV (type, Brand ect.)

56" Samsung HD around 4yrs old. model is HLP5663W.
I know it's a cooling fan because it still runs when I turn the tv off.
