what does everyone use for a fuge light?
i have a desk lamp uses a 40W standard bulb will this be ok when its on for 16 hrs a night so its opposite my DT lights?

i dont really want to go spend 70 bux on a "fuge light"
its just the desk light is on for 30 min and the casing of it is quite hot

I'm using a spiral CFL 23W, 5000K, works great.

Towards the bottom some PAR values, here (http://http://canreef.com/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=48026&highlight=spiral).
