I currently have an Ushio that I'm using but have previously had very good luck with the lights from here:

I used two different 150W versions myself and currently have a 70W version in my nano tank. I also got 6 x 250W versions for my buddy and he has been very pleased, especially since his last bulbs were from Coralife.

Just a suggestion though.
