i happened to catch a stomatella in the "act" today...pretty interesting. anyone else ever seer that?

I see mine shooting out puffs of smokey stuff quite often, not really sure if anything comes of it or not though, pretty neat.

first time i've ever seen it. i have about 100 stomatellas in my tank

wow really? I only have two of them and have seen it at least half a dozen times.
Stomatellas for those of us that don't know what that is. What is it exactly?
Curiousity killed the cat. And in another post on here it actually did I think. Ha Ha!
Stomatellas are a type of snail.
I had a Peppermint shrimp that ate all my Stomatellas. I sure would like to have them back in my tank. They are awesome algae eaters.

I see them doing that all the time in my tank... I think my filtration has improved as I dont seem to get as many little ones anymore. Their spawning also makes for good coral food too.
