shot in the dark but who knows..
Qualifying systems include:
-Digital Aquatics:

NOTE: Any Digital Aquatics products that are received MAY be reconditioned (if possible,) and donated free of
charge to classrooms across the country. If you know of, or participate in a program for schools let us know and
we’d love to work with you if possible as units become available.

-Proflux/GHL
-Aquatronica
-Light House
-Octopus
What we’ll need is the following:
-A control unit or head unit, (the device that programs, displays and manages the system)
-A controllable power strip with 4 or more outlets that interfaces/interfaced with the head unit provided

can you elaborate on what it is you are doing with these free control, units?
are they for your personal/business use or some form of charity?

So I'm thinking that this post is actually wanting us to donate to them the controllers, but heres to wishful thinking.

no no no, thats all copied from the digital aquatics website, i want to order a reefkeeper elite, and they have a program where if you send in a broken controller you get a 100 dollars off your purchase was just seeing if anyone had one lying around so i could save a few bucks .
hehe, explaining that in the beginning would have have done a world of good :D

Just an FYI on the RK Elite promotion for DA:
You have to send in ALL components of the original controller in order to take advantage of the promotion. So a missing pH probe or something to that effect would void the promotion and you'd be paying to ship a box of stuff to DA only to find out you still don't save the $100.

says right on the front page, needs a powerstrip that goes with the controller and the headunit. last i checked not even the rk 2 comes standard with a ph probe.

Digital Aquatics is an honest, straight up company to deal with. I highly doubt they would screw anyone over because of a technicality.

The RKE comes with A PH probe, and a ORP probe, at least mine did.
