Yeah yeah, first post is a WTB ;) I got referred here from someone on BCAquaria.

Anyways, I'm a FW guy, but I hear a lot of larger tanks are available used in the reef circle. I have a bit of a side gig where I tear down and rebuild/repair leaking or broken tanks. If anyone has a large leaker, or just a large used tank for a good price, I'm interested.

I'm REALLY interested in obtaining a 8x2x2 and a 4x2x2 so I can build myself a 8x4x2 tank with a composite bottom to house some of my larger FW monsters.

Both these tanks still for sale. I'll be coming over from the 24th to the 28th.

At the risk of being annoying, here's another bump.

Unfortunately, this time of year I don't have a huge budget for this, I'm looking mostly for big old crusty tanks that need major cleanup and repair. I've had a couple of PMs for very nice, very expensive tanks with a leaky seal or something, and I just can't afford to shell out $1000+ for a leaker right now.
