After about 10 years played around with freshwater, I want to get my first reef tank for this christmas. I read some info here that really helpful, and Canreef is a such awsome place that I need to appreciate!

I'm living in PoCo, is there a nice fish store (or lower Mainland) that I can trust with good price and quality?

Thanks! Looking forward and hope my new reef tank can be build soon!

J&L is almost on your doorstep. Ocean Aquatics is the other premium salt store in Vancouver. Aquatic Addictions is a bit out of the way in Abbotsford, but it has a nice selection as well.

hey man, welcome to Canreef.
Im just over in coquitlam, I have lots of extra equipment, sand and live rock if you're looking to save a little money.

JL aquatics is super close, right across from the university skytrain station and they will definitely be your go to reefing store as they are the best by proximity at the very least.

Drop a PM if you have any questions.
Cheers.

No worries.
I was helped a lot getting into this hobby 2 years ago buy guys like seahorse_fanatic and continue to be helped out by guys like Tom R and other canreef superstars.
I'm nowhere near as experienced or knowledgeable as those guys, but I can still cut you a good deal to get you hooked.

Just pm me with what you are hoping to set up, I'll be happy to help you out any way I can AND maybe make a little room in my basement.

You guys are so awsome! I'm still not really sure what I need. Right now I'm looking for a size around 120 gal(4X2X2) tank and a stand, I think thats a way to get it started, right?
BTW: you Inbox is full, I can't PM you any word.
