Crab ID, Acro or not?

This guy came in on an acro colony I just bought. I have several acro crabs but I've never seen one like this. He's living in a jar in the sump for now. I'd be happy to put him back in the acro colony if he's safe.

Thoughts?

All of the acro crabs in my colonys have the bandit mask.. I would leave that one in the sump.

Yes that's what I'm used to seeing, which is why I wanted to make sure before he went in the tank. BTW he's a little smaller than a dime.

Looks a little like the crab I have that's eaten 4 or 5 of my purple/blue/grey rics! *grr*

I'd sump him.

Okay so in the sump he stays. On that note there is a local reefer (but I don't remember the name) that has a hitchhiker tank set up. If you see this post and want him let me know.
