Well, I'm trying the system. Hope it works for the money it costs. Jeff at J&L was helpful as always.

After one week.
Water amazingly clear
Cal=450
Kh= 11
Sg= 34ppm
( I love the Reefers best salt :) )
After removing refugium and the Chaeto, no increase in PH4 or algea.
The corals are growing. no real color change.

Please lower your KH, you run the risk if STN or even RTN if you maintain your ALK at those levels. When running Zeovit you need to aim for 7-8 with 8 being your max. Lower down you alkalinity over the next week or so and you should be fine.

Just some advice! I have had amazing results with Zeovit. In fact, my new aquaculture facility will be running a large zeovit reactor on the SPS grow system.

Suggestions on how to lower KH.
That is what the RBS measures as well.
