I once had a solicitor knock at my door(I wasn't home) and Rocko just happened to be sitting in the window. I heard later from several neighbours that this guy would say "did you know your neighbour shaves their cat" Every one of them told him different but he refused to believe it. Still makes me laugh.

Yeah, I have seen those cats before...some of the reefmembers have them...still a strange sight though...sort of like the hairless dogs..

It's a secret until I know if I can get him or not:smile:. I have all the LFS looking for one and so far I haven't heard back from any:cry: I'm so very hopeful though. I have 6 months to find one and hopefully it won't blow too much of my budget.

Maybe someone out there knows where I can get one, even if I have to have him shipped here. Thanks, that was my intial thought when building it but I wouldn't of had a clue on making one (I'm lucky I was even able to pull off building a stand, lol) but I will be setting up a refugium in the future. Probably not for the contest though.

I changed out the sand for black Tahitian Moon Sand & changed around and added more rock. I'm pleased with this look much, much more than what I had :biggrin:

I don't know if its "bad" but when I ran black sand it looked great for the first few months and then it just seemed to loose it's affect and I couldn't keep it clean (pure black). I wouldn't use it again but that's just me.

I reeeeeaaaaally hope it doesn't! I just love the look of it. I suppose even if it does at least it's only in my 10g & not my 90g. That would be a PITA to change out.

Added Dec 15 FTS to first page. I changed the layout of the rock again because I wasn't so sure it was great for a mushroom tank but now I'm thinking it wasn't such a great idea. What is everyone's honest opinion, Nov. 15 or Dec. 15 layout?

I updated my budget and had to remove a few things that weren't attched to re-coup a bit of my budget to make room for something..................I'm so excited to announce that my treasured little fish addition that I've been waiting & hoping for was finally found :multi: One of the LFS got 2 in for me(sadly I can only house one so had to leave the other guy there) so I went and picked one up today. What a little cutie. Besides being venomous(which I knew) they also apparently have a nasty little bite :evil: I'll have to watch where I put my hands when cleaning :eek:

It's running now. The pic with the moonlights (above) are them. I ended up using two of the 12cm ones, the third one flickers on and off. I ended up just glueing them to my light fixture (see pic below). If I can fix the other I might add it to the center in the front of my fixture.

No, the flickering is definitely a loose connection but not sure if I can fix it or not without ripping them apart and ruining them.
They're definitely very bright little lights especially for thier price. I'd like to get a purple or a red one to throw on and see what it looks like mixed with the blue.

He's very cool. He sits out front(which is more than I can say for my goby that I was sure was dead until today) at all times and it's neat to see him eat his food and watch it go inside him. I'll get another if I ever come across more.

Yeah, it's pretty colorful and the mushrooms are growing well and so are the orange palys. I have 3 purple, 3 blue, 3 red, 3 orange & 2 green and I had started off with only one small of each. The orange Paly's seem to grow a new head about every 2-4 weeks.

Haha, I know what you mean I did the same one month, it's crazy how sensitive these little tanks are. Never the less the tank looks awesome, black sand is still clean!

Here's my final pics. I enjoyed this contest very much and love looking back at the progress. I must say I enjoy this little tank and even my husband is jealous of it because it's so colorful compared to his 90g, lol. I'm very glad I kept it simple and will most likely continue to add more zoa's, mushroom's & tiny inverts.
