WOW! Nice Score. How long have you had it and how big is it? Is it eating well? I hope he leaves your corals alone.

We just got him last night. The LFS held him for us for 2 weeks to make sure he was eating before we bought him. So far he hasn't touched any corals but we are in the process of setting up another 230g tank (which will be mostly live rock only) for all of our Angel fish.

I really like those guys. Nice score!! :) Do you have clams in the tank? LPS? I was reading up on the annularis and the feeding habits seem mostly benign - omnivore, plankton, sponges ... but the chicken in me still says "I dunno....."

I have LPS (hammer and frogspawn) in that tank but my clam is in the other tank. There is some sort of sponge type food (can't remember the name, sorry) that a LFS is getting in for us to supplement feeding. He was eating mysis at the LFS but when I feed mysis tonight I couldn't see if he ate any or not. He was hiding in the rock at feeding time, some probably floated down towards him, but because he was hiding I couldn't tell if he ate any or not.

How big is it?

Cheers,
Vic

Like I said in the above post he's about 4-5"
