I had some ideas for a nano, but this is sounding way too complicated...I might just do one anyway.

Its really not as complex as you think. Build a 5.5g or 10g for $300 or less including hardware and livestock. Simple :biggrin:

just wondering about posting prices and such . i think it should be manditory for your price beakdown etc to be in the 1st post of your tank thread therfore making it easier to find. do these als have to be up to date with every monthley pic??/

Yea, budget needs to be updated in the first post. See my tank thread for an example. and yes, should be updated with the monthly FTS pic (so, 15th of every month) However its best to keep track of your budget as you buy, if you wait till the 15th to update you may forget something u bought a month before.

my first post is pretty orginized as well i was just looking at some of the other setups and wanting to get and idea of how much budget they have used.
