This is ridiculous, this company has NO contact info on their website, all it says is either 'Under Construction' or Error. WTF! Does anyone own a Red Sea Product and have a phone number to contact their customer service departement?

take a look:

http://www.redseamax.com/redseamax/index.html

Any help appreciated.

Hey Raf! I too have been trying to get ahold of them...have emailed them with no response. If you find out info I'm tagging along here to get it too!

What are you looking for specifically? I have a few numbers from a month or so ago.

This is so unprofessional! Firstly, their contact info does not work on any of their websites, secondly, their 1-888 number says to call back another time, the numbers provided below lead toa continous tone as if you are disconnected....

so......

How are you supposed to get faulty pumps replaced under warranty if they are unreachable....

there was a little storm called Ike that hit Houston...may have something to do with it.

well if it did, it must have hit months ago because I talked to some people that have had problems contacting them long before IKE...

I need to replace both recirculating pumps and am going through the place I bought my first one...at least it's a cheap replacement part!

yeas, same thing for me, both circulating pumps....funny thing is, the store I bought it from says I have to go through Red Sea directly to get replacement parts...

Well, i must tell you, Coralife is no better....I sent them an e-mail days ago and still no answer....anyone got a contact number for them?

I wonder if we could get a sticky in the vendor forum with all the contact information for the various companies we deal with. I know trying to find numbers that work from Canada to the US for some companies, e.g. Reeflo, is a huge pain, and a lot of work.

just an update, the 1-800 # for Red Sea now works, appears the hurricane was to blame, they were helpful at making it right...

as for Coralife, what a waste of energy, after FINALLY finding a number that works, i was forwarded to the warranty dept. only to have to leave a message for the guy that never called back.

Nice Service...

Note to self(and others) D'ONT buy Coralife!
