i need some, rushing to get my floor reinforced so i can get some while it's on special. if you're planning to order some, we should get a group order going, i'll want about 30lbs. from the photos it looks like nice rock, i don't think JL would stock anything not worth what you pay. i'd like mine uncured, note that you have to reserve it.

It is only being offered in 70lb boxes ( uncured ) ... I am in for 2 boxes

oh shoot that's right. i suppose i should place my order now then. is there any savings on shipping if we do three boxes versus two?

Hi teevee ... ended up at golds and he had indonesian and fiji for 5.99/lb inc tax ... picked up 60 lb's of that instead ( already cured and no shipping hassles ) ... btw do you have a lead on some good base rock ?

I drooled over that rock too, it has some really great shapes, and is inexpensive. IMHO a person needing rock should go there, and pick out what they like rather than going online, and taking a chance. BTW at one time Riverfront had some real good Calcium Carbonate rock , which makes great base rock @ $4.99/kg. I have a lot of it, and once covered with Coraline, you can't tell it from other LR.:smilecol:

i was going to check when i was in calgary but i got thinking and once again i'm undecided as to what i'm going to do, tufa or base rock. should be at a garden centre somewhere though.
