I only screwed up onece which resulted in me breaking the bottom off and making it 3.5" shorter :) I am still going to put another stage on it to perfect the design as a part of it is working but not as good as I had hoped. Anyone have any 4" tube laying around?

Steve how much 4" tube do you need?? Is extruded okay?
How did you cut the flange and cap, I've tried using my router but I find I still get really rough edges.

not sure, looking for about a foot of 4" i guess. I made templates for making flanges on a laith and then used a plotting program on a miller to make the holes. I simpily tape plastic to the template and put it on my router table, the drill out the holes.

No but I can ask tomorrow, or if you want to call and pick their brain it is GE Polymer shapes (604) 468-2112 I don't have a problem calling though if that is better for you, it won't be long distance for me.
