96W Electronic Power Compact Ballasts from http://www.AHsupply.com (http://www.ahsupply.com/) including reflector and bulb clips (not shown)

The top ballast is separate and the bottom 2 are joined to one power cord.

$30 for the single and $50 for the double

so all you would have to do is mount it in a hood and get a bulb? would you ship the single?

That is correct. Yes I will ship. PM me your postal code and I will figure out a shipping cost. The ballasts are pretty light but the reflectors are 3 feet long, there might be an oversize charge on them.

I did a little looking around, they are in fact Workhorse ballasts with a custom label but I'm pretty sire WH5s.
