When thawing frozen mysis in a glass that looks identical to the one you're drinking from, don't place them in near vicinity and then distract yourself with something like...oh, I dunno, Canreef...causing you to inadvertently pick up said glass of mysis and take a big sip.

I'm just sayin'....that would be really gross.

I'll definitely heed the advice.

 OMG that would be gross!

However I have set down (on the floor) the cup that I had mysis thawing in, and my small dog (Gulliver) ran over and started drinking it all up! It seems he quite enjoyed the taste of it

Would that be the same as using the bowl your spouse uses for cereal in the morning.

Had a dispute with my daughter when she was 7 about brushing her teeth.
So she can storming out of the bathroom scrubbing as hard as she could and said.
See, I am going to use your toothbrush then.
That was when I told her that was the one I used to clean the fish things with.

Haven't drank mysis yet; but my daughter made dinner one night and used the Kent Garlic Extreme in the fridge door to flavour the spaghetti sauce.

Nobody even knew! The spaghetti was great! After dinner I noticed the container on the counter and asked her if she had used it.
Nobody had dessert though, no appetite.

Deutchland Uber Alis !!!

Try this one... start thawing a silver side out in a cup, set the cup down and start packing for a weekend packing trip, completly forget about the thawing fish in an un-airconditioned apartment, return from camping trip.

haha, I did the same thing a few years ago but it was brine shrimp. I thought it was just something every reef keeper does at one point.
Did you chew on it a little before you figured it out?

lol man that is gross! Last week a co-worker and I got curious so we ate a couple live mysis... didn't taste like anything. it was kinda anticlimactic. I would imagine the thawed frozen stuff has some taste to it though!
