Very nice. How's it getting along with its tankmates?

So far so good. Our regal tang was the only one who got it's guard up a little when the trigger went and checked out it's sleeping place, but other than that the fish all just seem really curious. I expected the trigger to be a lot more shy since we just added it but it also seems very curious about it's new home.

I just read that larger males (whatever that means?!) have red on their tails, and I thought I saw some red in the photos :)

Well our trigger does have red on it's tail...so maybe. I'm not sure if that would be the case yet though as it's probably about 5 inches long. It still has a fair bit to grow.

Looks like a female bluethroat (sargassum) to me, a male would have well a blue throat on him.

Although it looks similiar, it is not a blue throat trigger. But I can see why you would think that because some of the markings and colours are similiar.

Hehe,

He looks just like the one i got, only a little smaller.. how do you find his personallity so far?

I have mine in with a Clown Trigger, Niger (black) Trigger, and a porcupuine Puffer... All about 6" or >. Mine still hides a little, however, when its feeding time, hes out. :)

He's doing great so far, those pics were taken only abut an hour or so after he was put in the tank. He only hid i the rocks for about 5 minutes before he started to swim about. So far all the other fish have left him alone. Except for the regal, who hasn't attacked him, but has just kept him away from her hole in the rocks.

She's a little protective over that spot!

We'll see today after work if it will eat right away or not.

Other than that everything is great!!!
