I understand from other sites that Weldon40 could be used, but where can I get it in Vancouver?
Thanks

Use weld-on 16,much easier to work with and no mixing parts required. Most plastics shops will carry it.

I second Reef-raf's comment. I use weldon 16 and it works great!

I was in a plastic shop today and they told me weld on 16 isn't good to use for Acrylic to PVC.... go figure.. they did say 40 was the product of choice...
BTW... they don't carry the Weldon stuff.... but I guess they know via word of mouth. When I was on the weldon site it showed 16 and 40 as acceptable... there was another but I figured I could find either 16 or 40.

In some locations either are hard to find. Apparently though 16 is much easier to find than 40.

BioTech, GE Polymershapes in Coquitlam sells all the weldon line, they are located just off United BLVD, #104 -11 Burbage St. (604) 468-2112, I got a tube of weldon16 for $5.71, it isn't a tiny tube either.
