I purchased my skimmer from Golds a while back, it didn't come with any literature and the company that makes it is from Europe somewhere so I can't find any info on it at all.

It is a Marine Tech IS-2000

I am trying to determine what capacity it can handle.

The closest match I have found is the ASM G-5 w/2 Sedra 9000

ASM G-5 w/2 Sedra 9000
Height 36"
Dia 8.5"
2 Sedra 9000 pumps
Capacity: 700 gal

Here is another one I just found...

CS8-3 Protein Skimmer
• 250-600 gallon capacity
• 30" high
• 8" diameter
• Includes 1x5000 Sedra pump

My Marine Tech IS-2000 w/2 Sedra 7000
Height 29"
Dia. 8.5"
2 Sedra 7000 Pumps
Capacity: ?

Any body have any idea how much my skimmer should be able to handle?

Check out this chart. It doesn't list yours but might help you find more comparisons.

Thanks, I saved that chart, very handy.

I can only see a couple with two or more pumps, so I am still confused. LOL
