It was 22 degrees in Toronto,,Freaking Toronto! I want to get some yard work done and it has been crap weather..You know there used to be a time when I could send pics of me in a t-shirt while my buddies in T.O would be shovelling snow. You know I had so much to torment them with, the weather, the Leafs, the Raptors and the Blue jays...Now look, We have crap weather, no basketball team, no baseball team, and a hockey team that is just as bad..It's enough to make me almost want to move back to Winnipeg...Almost....

Heck yeah, we had a foot and a half this morning at 7:30. In usual fashion it was melting soon after. We made it out of the driveway at about 10:30 or so. I've never seen Costco so dead on a saturday

My car is under here somewhere:

My view across the street:

Its mostly melted now. Lots of trees down, cherry trees took a real hit with all the heavy snow, lots of broken branches.

Yesrerday I went fishing with some friends.Well we were going fishing When we hit the coquihala and it was icy and snowing. We were in an f350 so it wasnt bad till the truck flipped over on its roof and almost hit the cliff wall just past the comstock exit.THAT REALLY SUCKED.I thought it was spring?Everyone made it out ok but the truck is a write off and we never got to go fishing. This weather can go anytime now.BRING ON SPRING.LOL.Clint

The snow really needs to go! Did I mention how much I am done with the snow already! I came back from my friends house in Sherwood Park last night and the highway was a sheet of ice  I drove at 40km the whole way back home, it was slow going but I made it. Clint I'm gald you and your friends are ok.

PITA. Last night we lost a calf in the blizzard and have five more in the barn with frozen ears and tails. Hopefully no frozen feet. We calve out late to avoid this crap. Oh well we needed the moisture, but rain would be much nicer!!!
